Ordering

Can you help me place an order?

Is there an option for having my product gift wrapped?

We do offer a gift wrap service on our orders.

Can I change an order?

Once an order is placed, unfortunately it cannot be amended online. We can cancel your order so that you can correct it, please email sales@ariaperfume.com. Please note, these requests will be answered during our opening hours

I forgot to add my coupon, how can I add it?

Coupon codes do have to be entered at the time of placing the order. Unfortunately we cannot add them once the order process has been completed.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order please send an email to sales@ariaperfume.com. Please include your order reference number in the title of the email. Please briefly indicate why you would like to cancel the order. Once your order cancellation email is received we will cancel your order and send you a confirmation email of this. Please note, if the cancellation request isn't sent before the item is despatched then we will not be able to refund you for delivery charges.

At this moment we accept Paypal, Amazon Payments and Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Cards.

Are these payment options secure?

Delivery

Where does Aria Perfume deliver?

For now we ship items within the United States alone.

How long does delivery take?

On top of the shipping method chosen at checkout we ask you to add 1 business day, processing time. We do our best to ship all orders same day but depending on the time the order was placed sometimes this is no longer possible.

How do I find out about my order status ?

You can check your order status here. If you have not yet received a shipment confirmation email please contact customer service on sales@ariaperfume.com or 214.731.3101.

What delivery services do you use ?

We use several carriers including UPS, Fedex, or US Postal Service

 

Returns

How can I return an item?

You may return any unopened/unused item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. However, you must send us an email requesting for RA (Return Authorization) number prior to returning it. Any merchandise not returned in its original condition will be subject to 25% restocking fee or denial in processing your return. We will not be responsible for any shipping cost you incurred to return the product.

Please make sure to return the package with a courier using tracking number. (UPS, FedEx, USPS with delivery confirmation, etc.) We will not be responsible for any returns not received and failure to provide us with tracking number.

In order to process your return quickly, please provide the information below with your return. If the information is not included with your return, it will not be processed.

  • a) Return Authorization Number (RA) ~ Absolutely required!
  • b) Name, address and phone number
  • c) Email address (Very important)
  • d) Your reason for returning the merchandise.

What can I do if I receive a damaged item?

Request for returns of damaged or defective merchandise should be made within 48 hours from the receipt of merchandise. Credit will be given for properly returned merchandise authorized by our company. No returns are accepted without authorization.

What can I do if I receive an incorrect item?

Please notify us via email at sales@ariaperfume.com immediately with the order number or Item number

 

Coupons

How can I redeem a coupon?

  • 1. Shop as you normally would, placing the items you want to buy in your shopping cart. (If you do not have an account, Create One now. It's free.)
  • 2. On the View Order page, enter your Coupon code into the 'Discount Code' box.
  • 3. Click 'Apply Coupon' to use the Coupon toward that Order. Note: If you do not click 'Apply Coupon' the discount will not be applied to your Order.
  • 4. The page will refresh with the discount applied to your Order.
  • 5. You may continue to shop if you wish, or when ready click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
  • 6. Checkout as normal

Can I redeem multiple coupons?

  • Coupons cannot be redeemed for Closeout, Sale or Clearance products.
  • A coupon can only be used once on a given account.
  • Combined Orders cannot contain more than one Coupon.
  • Ariaperfume.com Beauty coupon is valid toward the purchase of beauty products only.
  • Ariaperfume.com Home coupon is valid toward the purchase of home products only.
  • Coupons are not valid with any other promotion, offer or discount.
  • Coupon orders cannot be shipped Partial. They must be shipped Complete.
  • Ariaperfume.com coupon is only valid if an Order contains enough products to fulfill the Coupon's requirements.

How can i get a coupon?

Ariaperfume.com offers coupon code on occasion to provide increased savings to our customers. These coupon codes can be found via email and social media sites for promotional offers.

 

Products

Do product prices change?

In order to offer the customer the best deal possible at any given time our prices do frequently change. In terms of orders however, the price that we charge will be the same as that quoted in your email confirmation.

What can I do if a product is out of stock ?

Send us an email at sales@ariaperfume.com with the name of the product and your post code so that we can confirm availability.

How can I pick the perfect product ?

Every product is unique on it's own different way. If you're unsure about your pick, you can always see what our best sellers are and start experimenting with them.

What is the difference between a splash and a spray?

There is absolutely no difference in the fragrance. The difference is in the method of application only. However, a spray bottle, being sealed all the time, may actually have a longer shelf life. Making the decision between spray and splash is entirely a matter of personal preference.

What is a tester?

Testers are even more discounted than the boxed versions and are great if you don't have a need for the fancy box. Testers are 100% authentic, fresh and completely full just like the original fragrance, however they were produced for the counter in department stores. Testers often come in a plain white box but sometimes they do not have a cap or a box. The savings on the packaging means you save even more!

What is a refillable spray?

You can fill and refill your favorite Fragrances using our Spin and Spray products.

What do fragrance notes refer to?

Fragrances are comprised of many different scents, these scents are called "notes." Top notes are very light and last just a few minutes (5-10 minutes). Middle notes become apparent about 15 minutes after application. These can last up to an hour or more. Bottom notes are the heavier ingredients. These last the longest, usually for several hours.

What is the difference between Pure Perfume, Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, and Eau de Cologne?

The differences are simply a matter of the amount or concentration of oils in the fragrance. The highest concentration is in pure perfume (or parfum). Next would be Eau de Parfum, then Eau de Toilette, and finally Eau de Cologne. Some manufacturers make a solid perfume, solid perfume is as strong as a pure perfume however it is in a gel-like consistency.

Eau De Toilette and Eau De Cologne are generally interchangeable, especially in Men's fragrances. After Shave has the least amount of oils. The higher the concentration the longer your fragrance will last, and the less you need to apply.

How can I keep my fragrance from going deteriorating?

Keep all fragrances in a cool, dry area, and away from windows as sunlight can unbalance the various ingredients.

My perfume does not spray, nothing comes out, is it broken?

To get your fragrance spraying again please follow these instructions below:

  • Hold one finger against the spray nozzle.
  • Use your other finger to pump the spray 10-15x.
  • Remove your finger from the spray nozzle.
  • Pump the spray another 10-15x as needed.
  • Allow the fragrance bottle to settle for 5-10 minutes.
  • Your fragrance bottle should be fully functional now! If you are still having problems, you can repeat steps 1-5.

My fragrance has been discontinued, how do you still have it in stock?

We stock thousands of fragrances, many of these have been discontinued. Our buyers travel the globe purchasing entire inventories of hard to find or discontinued fragrances to store in our temperature and humidity controlled warehouse.
